Return Policy

We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you.  But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.

✅EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.  Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Customized products are very special, exclusive to you and cannot be resold to other users. If you purchased a custom product, please contact us within 12 hours for a refund. Once production starts, you can only request a refund of up to 50% of the purchase amount.

❌ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items. 

🔁 REPLACEMENTS:  If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you.  We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error. 

* The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.(About 5-7 workdays).
