I had purchased these in the past for four of my grandchildren with no issue. I just purchased one in Nov 2025 for my newest grandson and was very disappointed to see that the back piece of wood had a crack running down it. I sent an email and photo to their customer service and never received a response. Also noticed that this one was much smaller then the others. For the price and I even gave a tip, I would expect some sort of response.
It came out exactly as I imagined. I cant wait to gift it to the Babies parents and grandparents

I bought this ornament as a gift and snuck it into my granddaughter's stocking for her parents to open on Christmas morning. The Baby's First Christmas ornament is beautifully made and feels very special. Her parents had never seen anything like it and were impressed with how personalized it was. I'm sure it will bring them joy and rekindle memories each year as they hang it on the Christmas Tree.
However, at almost $50, I found it over priced. I’ve purchased Wallace silver-plated sleigh bell ornaments for my other grandchildren at a similar price, and this ornament doesn’t quite feel as substantial in comparison.
I bought one for my grandson last year. It was gorgeous. I bought one for my new grandson this year And it was way smaller.
