I ordered two custom ornaments. What I received were two boxes that contained unassembled ornaments, no instructions, an exploded packet of Christmas glitter, and no way to fasten the front and back of the ornament "sandwich" together. TOTAL RIPOFF.
I have purchased 3 other ornaments and the 4th one was considerably smaller. Wish they had kept the size the same. Otherwise it is a cute ornament.
I ordered an ornament for my great nephew and was given the wrong weight. I discovered the error the very next day after ordering. I tried to contact them via email, chat and phone each time leaving a message with the correct weight. I see now the ornament has shipped with the incorrect weight 2 weeks later. There was plenty of time to make the change. I am so disappointed.
The word family was misspelled.. it says
The McGee Famiky instead of
The McGee Family… not sure how this happened??

I sent an email stating the ornaments were incorrect, but have heard nothing
I ordered a total of 6 ornaments, for 2 different family members. (Two were free with my purchases.) I currently believe 5 of them came out correctly (mailed to recipients). The 6th one has 2 errors - the birth weight and the background color.
I sent an email to customer service, along with photos. I am asking for the company to re-do the baby boy’s ornament with a blue background, and correct the birth weight. Also sent a photo of my receipt, which clearly shows one pink background and one blue background for each family.
These ornaments are cute but also pricey.
Hopefully I will be able to get this issue resolved, at which point I’d be happy to update my rating.
I received one of my ornaments that I got for my smallest little boy. I was disappointed to see that the sizing had gotten a lot smaller from when I purchased my first one for my first one about two years ago. I did email the company and never received a response. Really disappointed.
