I ordered a total of 6 ornaments, for 2 different family members. (Two were free with my purchases.) I currently believe 5 of them came out correctly (mailed to recipients). The 6th one has 2 errors - the birth weight and the background color.
I sent an email to customer service, along with photos. I am asking for the company to re-do the baby boy’s ornament with a blue background, and correct the birth weight. Also sent a photo of my receipt, which clearly shows one pink background and one blue background for each family.
These ornaments are cute but also pricey.
Hopefully I will be able to get this issue resolved, at which point I’d be happy to update my rating.

I bought this ornament as a gift and snuck it into my granddaughter's stocking for her parents to open on Christmas morning. The Baby's First Christmas ornament is beautifully made and feels very special. Her parents had never seen anything like it and were impressed with how personalized it was. I'm sure it will bring them joy and rekindle memories each year as they hang it on the Christmas Tree.
However, at almost $50, I found it over priced. I’ve purchased Wallace silver-plated sleigh bell ornaments for my other grandchildren at a similar price, and this ornament doesn’t quite feel as substantial in comparison.
