The post Office missed the delivery of my original ornament, so the support staff was able to charge me for only an extra shipping cost but remade the ornament and still got it to us before Christmas! The ornament itself is very cute and just as pictured!
I ordered these for three of our newest grand babies. They turned out so cute. They have all their birth stats inside the ornament. I will be ordering again when our next grand baby arrives.
